Terms of Service.

The service

Coworking OS provides tools for managing workspace operations, including occupancy, tenant records, rent and payment records, expenses, enquiries, agreements, and communications. Features may change as the service develops. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Your account and organization

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, controlling team access, and ensuring the information your organization enters is accurate and lawfully collected. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access. Your organization is responsible for activity carried out through its accounts.

Your organization’s data

Your organization retains ownership of the tenant, workspace, financial, and other information it enters. You authorize us to host and process that information only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may request an export of your organization’s data by contacting hello@hemanth.co.in. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for maintaining any separate copies required for your business.

Fees and subscription

Any subscription fee, billing period, renewal, taxes, or payment terms applicable to your account will be explained to you before you subscribe. No public price is represented on this website. You authorize the payment method you select for fees disclosed to you. The account-specific terms presented at signup or in a separate agreement form part of your service arrangement.

Stopping the service and account data

You may stop using the service or request account closure by contacting hello@hemanth.co.in. Your organization owns the data it entered and may request an export before closure. We will explain the applicable access, export, and deletion timing to the account owner when a closure is arranged. The exact post-closure retention period must be confirmed and published before launch.

If a subscription payment is overdue, access may be restricted after notice and an opportunity to resolve the missed payment. The data-retention period during a suspension must be stated in the subscription terms provided to your organization.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, access another organization’s information, interfere with the service, or transmit content you have no right to use. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to protect the service, its users, or other people. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to resolve the issue.

Privacy and third-party services

The Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled and the service providers used to run Coworking OS. Third-party services and integrations may have their own terms, privacy practices, and availability. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

Your business decisions

Coworking OS is an operational tool. It does not replace your accounting, legal, tax, or business judgment. You remain responsible for checking records, payments, invoices, notices, and decisions made using the service.

Service changes

We may update the service or these terms as the product develops. We will post the current terms on this page and update the date. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide notice through the service or by another reasonable means.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will meet every specific requirement or be available without interruption. Any limit on liability, including for loss arising from a software error, must be agreed and reviewed before these terms are published as binding terms.
