A web and mobile application for running coworking and shared-office operations. It brings together occupancy, rent, invoicing, tenant records, enquiries, agreements and WhatsApp conversations.
Does it work on iPhone?+
Yes. Open the web app in Safari and add it to your Home Screen for an app-like experience. There is also a native Android app and a web version.
Does it work without internet?+
The app saves data on the device and continues to work offline. Changes sync when connectivity returns. Some connected services, such as sending a WhatsApp message or payment link, require an internet connection.
What happens when a message or payment needs my attention?+
Relevant work appears in the app. If you enable notifications, the app can notify you about activity such as a new message, payment or signed agreement.
Can I bring my tenant data with me?+
Contact Hemanth before you move anything. He can look at your current records and talk through the best way to start. Automatic imports for every spreadsheet format are not promised.
What if I already use WhatsApp with my tenants?+
WhatsApp conversations can live inside the app, alongside tenant and enquiry records. The product uses the business channel configured for your organization.
Can my team use it too?+
Coworking OS is built for the people who run a space: the owner, front-desk staff and accountant. The organization has team accounts and roles. Tenants can view or sign documents through links sent to them without a staff account.
Who owns the tenant information we enter?+
Your organization owns the information it enters. Coworking OS processes it to provide the service. The Privacy Policy explains the providers involved and how the information is handled.
Is tenant information safe?+
Data is encrypted in transit and access is scoped to your organization. Information is not sold for advertising. The Privacy Policy names service providers including Supabase, Meta/WhatsApp, Razorpay, Cashfree, ZeptoMail, Firebase and Apple Push Notification service.
Can I export our data?+
Yes. The organization owner can request an export by writing to hello@hemanth.co.in.
What happens if we stop using Coworking OS?+
Your organization continues to own its data. Contact Hemanth to request an export and arrange account closure. The exact post-closure data retention period is being finalized in the Terms of Service before publication.
What does it cost?+
There is no public pricing page at launch. Get in touch to discuss your space; Hemanth will follow up personally.
