Coworking OS began as software to run a coworking business—not as a pitch deck about one.
I run Spellbound.
I built the tool I needed.
I’m Hemanth Sai Kumar, and I run Spellbound Coworking & Office Spaces. Running a shared-office space means keeping a lot of small promises straight: rent due dates, cabin changes, notice periods, a new enquiry, a message that needs an answer.
For a long time, the records lived in spreadsheets and the conversations lived in WhatsApp. Both were useful. Neither gave the team one place to understand what had happened or what should happen next.
I built Coworking OS to make that everyday work easier to see and finish. The product keeps occupancy, rent, tenant history, enquiries and WhatsApp conversations close together. It is the system I wanted to use in my own operation.
Now I’m making it available to other coworking and shared-office operators. The site shows the product as it is today; there are no invented customer logos or borrowed testimonials.
Coworking OS keeps the operation’s context together, so the next answer is in the record—not lost in a hunt through messages and sheets.
