Web, Android and iPhone Home Screen run the same application. A fix or improvement reaches the same product everywhere, instead of leaving different versions behind.
WhatsApp built in
Read and reply to WhatsApp conversations in the app. Messages, reminders and payment links use the WhatsApp Business channel your tenants already know.
Your organization, your records
Information is encrypted in transit and scoped to your organization. You can request a data export. The Privacy Policy names the service providers that support the product.

Open Coworking OS in a browser when you are at your computer. Use the native Android app on the floor. On iPhone, open the web app in Safari and add it to your Home Screen for an app-like experience.
Each surface belongs to the same application. Your account, organization and working records stay together, so you do not have to remember which device holds the latest version of the business.
Offline use matters in the ordinary places where a signal is weak. The app keeps working from device data and sends changes when it reconnects. Push notifications can call out a new message, payment or signed agreement when you choose to enable them.

There is no separate “coworking workflow” to assemble from generic forms. The product brings rent, occupancy, people, deals and messages into areas that reflect the work of operating shared space.
It is for the person running the space: the owner, the front-desk team and the accountant who need the same working record. Tenants can view or sign documents through links sent to them, without creating a full staff account.
